“It is always good to see happy faces and a willing heart to help people. Their service is warmer than the weather, although clammed in a small spot, their hearts no doubt makes up for it. I always found "small-places-with-a-big-heart" amazing places!!!”
“Such kind service and truly all the things one would need! Great fresh baked goods and grab and go breakfast, feels like they’re honestly there to help out. Thank you so much!”

“If you’re looking for a quick bite on the way to the volcano and variety of island foods this is it! The food is all prepared in Hawaii and they keep it really well stocked any time of day! They have a huge fueling station so there’s never a wait for gas and the folks that work here are fast and friendly.”
“It was just a stop to buy a newspaper, but seemed to be very clean and the cashier was very nice. A couple people were getting gas and the cashier was very friendly and outgoing. It was a quick stop, but a very nice one.”

“Juicy meaty laulaus for the win and don’t forget to add one of their bakery items to complete your meal, definitely a hidden gem. And service is always on point each time.”
“We love Kagimoto's! This place has the best musubi's in town! The cheapest (biggest sized) bags of ice! Great daily lunches & snacks at the counter. The staff are super friendly & have the best customer service ever. We love coming here! I'd say we stop here at least 1X a week. One thing I love about this little store is that every time you walk in, they greet you by your name! How's that for excellent customer service. Definitely recommended!”
“Want to thank the wonderful people at the Kinoole St. Texaco for helping me out when my car broke down on Saturday, Oct. 21st. They called a tow truck for me and showed so much Aloha. Thank you to Lovina, Theresa & Brandon. ?”
“Gotta get their chicken paks! Can't beat their chicken. Fresh, crispy and soooooo ono! Don't forget to sign up for their rewards card for monthly specials. Great for that quick snack!!! Always clean at the Minit stop next to Firestone Hilo Puainako”

“So glad this Texaco was open 24/7 and available on a late Monday night. I went to two other gas stations in Hilo and was quite surprised to find both closed before 10pm. This one was a lifesaver, fulfilling essential gas filling needs for a long drive back to Kailua-Kona.”
“Services are always very good but your regular prices are NOT competitive at all!! Unless they are on sale. Even with occasional 20% off coupons, the net prices are often times higher than regular prices at Walmart or Target.”
“Nell the gentlemen that was busy on the floor ask me to wait 2 seconds . Helped me to unlock the batteries and he also became my cashier and got me out the door. The best service was rendered . Thank you Mr Nell ALOHA and I hope you have the rest of a wonderful day”
“For a small store, they sure have a lot of items! You can probably find anything you need here. They also have a nice lunch counter and are famous for their home made chili. And everyone is super friendly too!
Their chili is truly legendary in these parts. What's cool is the little park across the street that has a picnic table in a little pavilion. There is also a clean bathroom. It's an awesome spot to enjoy your chili!”
