“My car was towed and left in their parking lot on a Friday night at 11pm. I showed up on Saturday as soon as they opened. I was greeted with a smile a a warm reception. Michelle kept in touch with me through out the day. Was honest with the timeframe and did not mislead me. My car was looked at first thing Monday morning. Michelle pleasantly contacted me during the day with uodates. My car was ready for pick up at 3pm. I was extremely happy and relieved. The whole experience was positive. I will highly recommend them to everyone. I will be a return customer. I would give 10 Stars if I could but, I'm only allowed five.”
“Steven is incredible! I reached out needing a front bumper repair and he responded right away. He made everything super simple—asked for a few photos of the damage, checked the paint match, and had us come in that same day. The whole process was quick and seamless.
The repair only took about two hours, and the result was honestly amazing. The dent was completely gone, and the paint looked flawless—no signs of damage at all. I was blown away by how clean and professional the finish was.
What really stood out was how easy he was to work with. He was clear, responsive, and kept us updated the entire time. You could tell he takes pride in what he does and genuinely wants to help people out.

“Roger installed multiple items in my Jeep wrangler engine and allowed me to purchase my own parts. He was professional and easy to work with from start to finish. He got back to me quickly after our first chat with a quote for the work and that’s what he charged me when it was done. No BS at this shop. He also cleaned my throttle body which was a nice extra thing he did and didn’t charge me for it. If you want a mechanic on island you can trust, definitely go to The Shop. “I called at 8am and he picked up immediately. I told him that my battery light was on and my car was making a weird almost grinding noise and he was able to immediately diagnose it as a failing alternator. He was very knowledgeable explaining in detail why my car was making the weird noises and said he could be there in about an hour or so and would pick up an alternator on the way. He was there by 10am and was super friendly. The whole job took him maybe half an hour to an hour. His prices were also cheaper then what goodyear quoted me for the repair. He accepts cash or venmo in payment and unfortunately my venmo wasn't working at the time and wouldn't let me pay him and he told me he trusted me to pay him later. Luckily my boyfriend pulled up shortly after and was able to front the money for me but it's rare to find such good down to earth mechanics. I would highly recommend and will be calling for all future repairs. Thank you!”

“Amazing experience! I had a check engine light come on my 2023 Wrangler 4xE. It was a rare part malfunction. The service team got me in quick, identified the problem and did not hesitate to get me in a rental with Enterprise located near by. While fixing the malfunctioning part, the team also did a software update on a recent recall. Once everything was done, I took the rental back and Enterprise drove be back to Cutter where a quick signature and off I went. By far my best experience ever with a dealer service department.”
