“I am an Uber driver, and one of my headlights unexpectedly went out. After briefly considering a DIY fix, I decided it was best to leave it to a professional—especially on Christmas Eve, when time and stress levels are already high.
I spent the morning calling several auto repair shops, many of which were either unavailable or unable to help on short notice. Usman Auto, however, truly came through. From the initial phone call to the service itself, the experience was excellent.
The gentleman who answered the phone was professional, knowledgeable, and very helpful. He took the time to understand my situation and assisted me promptly. Their service was efficient, courteous, and greatly appreciated, especially given the holiday. Usman Auto was a lifesaver, and I highly recommend them to anyone in need of reliable and honest auto service.

“Tire was leaking air couldn’t find any leak my self gave TopLevel cars a call and they answered immediately and told me i could bring it in the same day and they would check it out. They found the nail in my inner sidewall replaced the tire and had me driving again the same day. The service was also so great so easy to work with no bullshit just good work.”

“I was blown away by the customer service provided. Came in as a first time customer and had them check someone else's work on my Jaguar. In the first 5 minutes of speaking with Cody and the other guy at the front (sorry I forgot name), l was pleasantly surprised that they offered a shuttle and when it came time to repair, they actually took the time to explain what was happening to me in a language I could understand. Other shops have treated me like a dollar sign, just telling me what they think my car needs. These folks explained it to me without rushing, answered questions, and just treated me with patience and kindness that I haven't received other places. Even showed me a video of the problem, which I really appreciated. Excellent customer service!”

“Own a Tacoma, friend says if change transmission oil, gotta be done right. It not draining fluid, has to refilled under pressure, didn't know that, other than Toyota Servco, other guys dont do it the right way. These guys do, 3.5 hours done, old school dudes working, was recommended by other guys, so what can I say, solid job, half the price of Toyota, but same type service, Mahalo”

“My 2013 Scion with 200k miles needed a new transmission. Made an appointment with Gail, who is very lovely. Neal assessed and recommended replacing with a used transmission, as a new one would cost more than my what my car is worth, LOL! Agreed with Expert Neal. When he called to say the car was ready to pickup, which only took 1 day, he said your car is “cherry now” LOL! When I went to pick it up, they had detailed it and changed my windshield wipers blades! Can’t say enough good things about Team Gail and Neal. Much mahalo for a wonderful experience! Will highly recommend you!”

“Very happy to have found GEARS. I have a manual Jeep Wrangler, and was having issues with the clutch. John is very detailed oriented, very knowledgeable, and most importantly, honest. These are qualities hard to find. John was able to quickly reschedule when I wasn't able to make the first appointment. John took the time to understand the issue even before doing the actual diagnostics. Explained everything in detail and was very clear on possible issues and costs. John quickly found the issue and luckily the fix wasn't the most expensive. Will definitely bring my Jeep to GEARS again.”
“Eh, gotta give props and mahalos to Tracy at Certified Transmission Differential. Had my Chevy Silverado towed in 'cause transmission had no forward gears and Tracy made quick work of the rebuild. Truck is running smooth now, no slippage or issues. Plus, price was cheaper than I thought it'd be. If you need transmission work, this place gives fast, friendly service at a fair price. Would definitely recommend.”
“Kiyo’s transmission is the best mechanic shop in O’ahu I have ever been to. My AT (Automatic Transmission) light was coming on and off, the shop owner replaced my TCM less than hour. My car is now running like normal again. Fair price and the best service. Highly recommend!”
