“We actually met a local artist that told us about this store. We went there specifically to buy a beautiful handmade piece from them. We also got great drinks and snacks. We got their last few in house made Musubi and they were delicious! Would highly recommend if you want some unique art and some delicious treats!”
“Biggest mistake of our one week stay on the island......waiting until our last night to grab a sandwich from Manono!! Amazingly fresh and delicious sandwich made by what has to be one of the Islands sweetest women!”

“Great place to find, in front of the Hilo hotel, from where you can buy a good coffee, bobba tea, sandwiches, a quick drink, and souvenirs a/o.Shop opens at 8:00 AM, and it's the only time, early morning, when you can purchase a coffee; a minimum of 5.00 $ to purchase if using credit cards.”

“If you've been to one 7-11, basically you've seen them all. They are all set up the same way with the same products. This, of course, is by design. The only difference I've experienced is with the employees. Different personalities and level of service. I've always gotten excellent service, never had any problems, and they always thank me for my business”

“A vengent's wrath linked creation, unbuilt, Mauritanians say, of this place, sturdy, yet pseudo complete, Hele, of an aged Tehran mythic warrior, is at Hawai‘i’s ancient Hilo Wharf, now destroyed. Supplying oil, furnace quality, island wide, this gas station fuels incstagreon grade gasoline of furnace warfare. Concludant opponent supplier, in three weeks fuel grade changes enact: sturdy change, enacted today will resonate power train lead fuel, once marked as dry well, France oil, we, here in Hawaii, of Hawai‘i descent will appropriate oil for our labor children finally. Great sodas, and coffee too.”

“They have a new tuna mayo inari/cone sushi 3 pack for under $4. Was surprised it was canned tuna and not like the spicy version which used fresh (raw) ahi poke. Still was decent like eating a tuna sandwich with sushi rice and inari. Coffee here is a much better deal than Starbucks.”
“I’ve grown up with Meadow Gold milk. Despite the sale (and imminent closure) of the dairy’s properties on Sheridan Street in Honolulu, I hope it will continue to be sold in Hawaii. I still remember there was an ice cream production plant in the corner of Beretania and Keeaumoku, now the site of a medical office building.”

“Part of the tourist experience if you hail from the Midwest is visiting a local 7-11. For those of you who are local, 7-11s in the American Midwest ( between the East and West Coast, the Great Plains, the Great Lakes, big post-industrial cities and disappearing farmland) where 7-11s are place of horrendous coffee, insulting service, dirty public restrooms, and botulism. But 7-11s in Hawai'i have fresh coffee, friendly service, and awesome local taste snack foods. Some of the best Spam Musubi is found in Hawai'ian 7-Elevens. It's like they are not even the same corporation. Still open all the time. Instead of the "I'll help who's next in line," and "have a nice rest of your day," the woman working here actually talked to me like I'm a human being albeit in local Pidgin (which made it seem even friendlier). Mahalo!”

“I was kind of bummed that we only saw one 711 while visiting the Big Island. I get so excited to come here for their snacks because a bunch of the restaurants that I booked marked while visiting are either not open on Sundays, Mondays or even Tuesdays or everything closes super early!!! I wish we had these options back home in LA”
“The perfect place to fuel up before you return your rental vehicle to the airport .If you're paying by cash go to cashier and leave your cash then fuel up and go back and get your change.”

“It's a gas station, what more can I say? It offers hot food options, has a microwave for customer use and fountain drinks. The only reason I went frequently was for the ice chips. They had the hospital ice that I love.”

“The cashier had excellent customer service. I had questions and she was able to answer them. I needed help and she was able to provide help. There were things on the shelf that I needed and she took the time to get them from the back. She was kind she was respectful And she serves at her workplace with joy. I would describe her as an excellent and important asset to the company.”

“So glad this Texaco was open 24/7 and available on a late Monday night. I went to two other gas stations in Hilo and was quite surprised to find both closed before 10pm. This one was a lifesaver, fulfilling essential gas filling needs for a long drive back to Kailua-Kona.”
“Nell the gentlemen that was busy on the floor ask me to wait 2 seconds . Helped me to unlock the batteries and he also became my cashier and got me out the door. The best service was rendered . Thank you Mr Nell ALOHA and I hope you have the rest of a wonderful day”
“After shopping at Big Island Cookies, I refueled to return to Kona. As soon as you enter the store, there is a counter on the left. When I told him that I would pay for $15 in cash at the No. 6 pump, he asked me if it was 87. I forgot for a moment, but when I told him it was 87 regular, he smiled. I was there. It's a nice stand.”
