“I visited the Waianae T-Mobile store after getting a new phone from the Ewa Beach T-Mobile because the girl that helped me at the Ewa beach one did not fully set up my phone or help explain anything about my new phone. Thankfully, Zanna at the Waianae TMobile was kind and helpful to help finish set up my new phone and help me log in to my apps, updating passwords and also informing me what was going on. She even made it easier to where I can now use my Face ID to log into my apps again. If I had known how much easier the process was at the Waianae T-Mobile would’ve been I would have went there from the start. Waianae T-Mobile deserves 5 stars especially with having Zanna there!!! Go to Waianae T-Mobile for the best service on the island!!!”
