Great place to stock up. My husband and I are visiting the island. Although expensive, cheaper than eating out everyday 3× day. Staff is friendly and it's easy to navigate. They don't have plastic bags, so be prepared yo buy bags and keep your bags for other shopping you may do”

“Service was fast/friendly in store. I was shopping for home Internet. Got my modem and fast sign up quick. It was easy and fast to set up at home. It's a good enough signal for basic home Wi-Fi, it will not be sufficient for online gaming. The signal says "Excellent" from the app and unit. With streaming from WiFi to my TV, (as the modem itself is running from T-Mobile Wireless service, it's WiFi to Wi-Fi), Amazon Prime got glitchy at parts for video, but sound kept up. I then plugged in an Ethernet cable directly from the modem to the TV, it was better, but still spotty on occasion; I made sure all other WiFi devices were off to allow full bandwidth. I'd hate to have to go back to Spectrum, but options are limited on Maui.”
“I wanted to write a wonderful review for my excellent experience with Hamai Appliance in Kahului Maui. We are quite particular, and have been living on Maui for 30 years. I finally had an exceptional experience on Maui with Hamai Appliance from start to finish the Sales representive Katie was honest and super informative to help me make the best choice in my budget. Then today, Romel from service came promptly to adjust my gas stove top that needed some small adjustments for my preference. I can now use my gas stove to full potential having every burner simmer perfectly and efficiently. This is the first time on Maui things were not just good but perfect! My only regret is that I did not buy all my appliances from Hamai. What I learned is that Hamai does not carry brands that are prone to break. I look forward to order exclusively with Hamai now for any new appliances. Thank you for your loyal and dedicated honest sales &service! Aloha!”

“Only reason this is getting 4 stars is because Volter did an amazing job with providing us excellent service! I came in to trade my phone in for the newest iPhone and there was quite a wait.. Volter seemed like the only associate greeting the customers coming in, idk if it was his designated task to be the greeter but everyone else did not seem as friendly. When it was time for us to be serviced, I was so happy to have Volter. He was so personable and was very efficient. I was wondering why it took so long because we got out of there so quick, the other associates didn't even finish with the customers from when we walked in. Volter is the definition of excellent customer service!”

“Don't get me wrong, I have had bad experiences with T-mobile, but as a European tourist I really struggled to find a SIM compatible with my phone when I arrived here: I tried AT&T and Verizon without luck, but this store was immediately able to sort me out. The signal worked really well throughout my two months in Hawaii. Friendly, helpful staff here!”
