“Great 7-11. Typical 7-11 location. Solid food selection. Your typical gas station drinks selections. Parking is very limited. Employees were very nice. When exiting, it is difficult as this location is situated on a very busy road. So, expect to wait a bit for traffic. Overall, a great 7-11 to grab your snacks and drinks.”
“The service from the first step you take when entering Upnext Wireless is excellent! The owner and CEO Mr. Winson Yu greets you upon entering the store. He asks if need any assistance or that he'll be right with you in a moment. I always get good anytime I go to this store. The ambience is nice and welcoming. There is so much stock and merchandise for whatever you need. The prices of his merchandise are very reasonable. Plus he has so much variety of products available for what you might need for your cellular product(s). I highly recommend this store for any of your cellular, and accessory needs. I will definitely will be back to this store again.”

“Came into this place to get a new audio system, and *possibly* see if they could help us out with my headlight. My fiancé is a mechanic, but isn’t familiar with the electrical aspect of working on cars. We found out the headlight was most likely an electrical problem.As soon as I pulled up, they already had someone under my hood trying to diagnose my headlight issue. Called back two hours later with a, temporary fix that we’re more than happy with. (I own an audi that can be tricky to work on and expensive to buy parts for, especially new headlights)The audi car shop we had previously taken the car to had two working days with the car and couldn’t give us a solution that wouldn’t cost thousands. This place solved our problem in less than two hours for only labor costs.Totally recommend this place to anyone.”

“I have the simple choice plan which is obsolete. I added a line where an unfortunate mistake happened. Rep moved my unlimited data plan to SC 6GB quota for $15. So previously I was paying 10 dollars for unlimited data. I noticed this error when my internet was getting throttled. Called customer service and they did me good. My plan is back to unlimited but limited tethering. They have me as customer forever.”
“This T- mobile store was bright,clean and modern. I came in for a very specific reason. I asked for the manager to assist me with my mobile device dilemma . Though she was unable to help me with my mobile needs, she gave me good advice on how to achieve my goals. If only I could remember her name because she certainly earned 5 stars. She was very knowledgeable and professional . I told her I was NOT a fan of T- Mobile customer service,and she informed me that ALL service based companies have gone A.I or send incoming customer service calls to the Philippines or South Africa. Sign of the times. Also very important fact is that this store is a corporate store vs. a T- Mobile retail authorized agent.”
“It's Tuesday... Along with having errands in this area thought it would be the perfect location and hop that they have the item that's featured this week. Yes this is in regarding the item they offered and it was Sunglasses with eclipse lenses how cool is that! With the upcoming partial eclipse on April 8th this will certainly come in handy and now am excited to get up early to hopefully get a good view of it. This Kahala Mall location was actually the initial place that I got my first smartphone after a recommendation from a friend and used to be located on the outside upper level which now is relocated inside near CPK. Without fail I get an instant greet upon entering regardless if they're helping someone knowing that you're acknowledged is comforting though assuming was asked if I was here for the sunglasses which I was and was quickly on my way. In the past when they didn't have the item they were so nice to find out for me where might still have it which is typical service I always get at T-Mobile and which is why I'm still with since day one. Thank you!”
“My visit to GameStop today was a great one! Due to the holiday season, the entire mall was packed with people, and GameStop was no exception.As with any GameStop, the selection of new / used games was vast, and the other options like playing cards or tech accessories were organized and not overly crowded in display.The only things they seemed to be short of were toy and clothing merchandise. Given the season of shopping, the seemingly short stock of those items is more than understandable.The store had more than usual employees, which added to a pleasant experience since the lines went as fast as they were long.Make sure to ask for the taller gentleman named James! In my experience, he has always been the most knowledgeable for anything and everything I had a question about. And today, he went out of his way to be sure that I received the Collector's Edition case for my copy of Sonic Frontiers. Keep it up James!”

“This is not a typical Target , you will not find everything a regular Target store stocks as its a bit smaller. Has friendly team members stocking shelves who will help you if you cant find stuff. Big plus for me is the have real human (tax paying) cashiers - much rather support a neighbor vs some foreign made check out machine.”
“As soon as I walked into this Verizon store a woman immediately came up to me asking if I needed any help. I was there to only ask about their different internet plans to it was only going to be a short visit for me where I wouldn't be looking around for anything else. She was awesome and I wish I had written hr name down but I'm sure she will remember me if she reads this review. She also didn't best around the bush like other stores did to me and gave me only exactly what I wanted to know about unless she had a better option for me in which she did and if I could rate her as well she'd get 10 stars. I will be going back to this Verizon to do on the advice she gave me. I only go on that side of the island once a month so I'll be back there in about 3 weeks and then I'll be a part of the Verizon Plan. Aloha”

“Tim, the radio you installed in my 2008 tundra is malfunctioning. It doesn’t turn off when we exit the vehicle and the volume isn’t working anymore. Can’t turn it up or down. We have to pull the battery every time we leave the truck just so the radio doesn’t drain the power. Need this fixed asap.Also, your worker who answers your phone, is a real piece of work. He is very rude and annoying. I called today to inform you of this issue and he answered and was very rude. I reminded him that he’s in the customer service business and he needs to shape up. Its not good for your sales. Talk to him. Please call me I need my truck fixed. Thank you.”

“They have weird hours. Went there a few times and they were closed. Call ahead so you won't be disappointed.Updated review 02.27.2023. Make sure to show up way before 3pm for service. Doors close at 3pm. Have been dealing with Alex for over 5+ years and he is very honest , straight forward, patient and personable. Stood in line and saw crazy people with sob stories in there. Don't try and pull any BS with him, he ain't got no time for any Bu115h;+. Be nice and he will be nice back. Alex deals with a lot of customers that have bad credit, no credit or elderly old school Chinese speaking. Compared to ATnT, Verizon, Sprint , etc will not even talk to you if your credit does not qualify.If you are difficult, walking sad story, manipulative, crazy coocoo ka choo please do not seek him out. He is much too busy for that trash. No offense.5 golden stars for Alex, hang in there dude!”

They have a better selection than other 7-Elevens on the island (they don't often run out of food items), and they have a good selection of small snacks, so I use them often. When I bought a HOLO card, the salesperson shouted, "Holo!!" What was I would? ?”

“I had the privilege of being educated about cell phones,plans, ect. all on a budget. By a young man name Justin. From a phone call and in person He listened,He was " hearing me"! Sent me on the right track of information about how to clear up cobwebs and the number to call. Even suggested a another way of a budget plans, for He understood. It wasn't at He's store, even allowed me to . Not once did He made me feel uncertain, even sharing a story about He's Dad. Appreciate T-mobile for hiring Him, But! He's parents raised a fine son.”

During the waiting period of my Sim card update, they were kind enough to honor my warranty for free screen protector replacement. The 360 protection plan is very worth it. Came out the store with a new Sim and a fresh screen protector.”

“I visited the Hawaii Kai store and Noah helped me. He’s extremely patient, especially with older people, and very knowledgeable. He fixed my phone, belied my concerns about being hacked, answered all my questions, and straightened out our billing questions. I think he walks on water and doesn’t get his feet wet! Noah’s manager, Nyles, was also very helpful in getting me to the right spot to leave a review.
We interacted with three of the four employees we saw at the store, Noah, Nyles, and Mable, and all three are true sweethearts. Helpful, patient, pleasant and efficient. Noah deserves a raise.”
