“Best experience I've had at a Dealership!! Nick Latimer helped us out from start to end. Giving us time to look around and ALOT of useful info on a couple cars we were interested in buying. We ended up purchasing a used 21 HRV that was certified and had very low miles. He has been nothing but amazing thru out the whole thing!! Ive been to a couple of other dealerships and most of the time it's either they only want your money or they don't even want to help you out. Always rushing you to buy a vehicle from them even if it's not what you're looking for.

Good value for the money ceramic tint was $200 less than the competitor. Seems like a big margin BUT I am sure they know what they are talking about. Plus they did say it was on sale. I brought my vehicle here without knowing what was wrong. After paying for a diagnosis, the mechanic explained that the issue was caused by my previous service provider, who improperly reinstalled certain components during my recent oil change.
He could have easily taken advantage of the situation and charged me several hundred dollars to fix the problem. Instead, he recommended that I return to the place where I had my last service done. I followed his advice and was able to get the issue resolved there.
I appreciate their honesty and highly recommend this location.”
“mann i really really needed my transmission fixed and i took my 2010 crown victoria to john at pearlcity trans on the 8th of march they told me it would take two weeks and it was done by mon the 18th!! when he called me i was so surprised the got it done so quick ! i love how my car drives now i can finally reverse into stalks without being embarrassed that i can’t. the professionalism and kindness & aloha that was shown to me by john and STAFF @ PCT is amazing and first class! i HIGHLY recommend taking your vehicle to them for any transmission problems. i’d give them 10 ⭐️s but it only allows 5. thank you guys so h for fixing my baby ??”

“Nobu Glass Repair to the rescue. Quick, reliable and affordable. Most window shops would have replaced the entire window. Nobu was able to replace the broken glass, took off grid from old glass and placed on new glass so the window looked original. This made the repair affordable. Repair was completed within a day. I highly recommend Nobu for window repair.”
“Glenn and Kasey (forgive me if I spelt your name wrong) were amazing! I had no idea what was wrong with my car as a persistent loud noise had overwhelmed me for a couple of months. Prior to bringing my car to Glenn’s, I checked with my dealer, whom I won’t mention, that said the loud noise was due to the uneven tread depths of my recently purchased tires (2 new ones in the front and the 2 older ones in the back) Glenn was referred to us by friends who regularly take their vehicles to this shop because of the great services given. From the time I dropped off my car, till the moment I picked it up, both Glenn and Kasey explained in thorough detail, everything that I needed to know regarding the diagnosis- worn rear WHEEL BEARINGS, not uneven tire tread depth like the dealer told me.. The wheel bearings were so bad, that he didn’t know how I made it this long driving in that condition. Glenn tried his best to help keep the cost down as I had just replaced the older worn out tires 2 days prior thinking this would solve my loud noise problem! When picking up my car, he walked me through what happened and how he fixed it. As a female who’s father was a lifetime mechanic who passed a year ago and no longer having his help to maintain my car, I truly appreciate that Glenn broke everything down for me to understand and even offered for me to reach out anytime if I ever had any questions. Finding honest and trustworthy people in this money driven industry is so hard to find now days, but not here with Glenn and Kasey! Without a doubt, we will now be servicing all of our vehicles here and encourage you to do so as well! Mahalo piha!”
