“I've only been a few times, but have had a good experience each time. The first time they patiently helped me get everything I needed to send in some legal documents and pre-paid envelopes I needed to include. Another time I needed to pick up a prescription my mother sent to my house by accident, and they were great then as well. There are so many moving parts in the postal service, I never expect them all to go well, but specifically the front desk folks at this office are lovely!”

“I don't ship boxes alot, but the lady at the counter was very helpful and calm with my many questions and mistakes (from labeling to packaging). She told me my best options and then help me package and label everything back up.”

“I’m surprised to see such low ratings, but seems to be in part due to frustrations with passport service and a particular associate.
The three female associates working here have always been so sweet and patient. The line usually moves fast.
My only issue here had been with the one associate who has been mentioned a few times already in other reviews. I can say I have also experienced this associate’s condescension, which in my cases had to do with my package being too small, as I was told, and then another time my self-printed label being too small. Here I thought I’d be more economical with resources. ??♀️ I’d never before been told my items were too small for mailing. Another time I was lectured on what may happen if I was shipping non-media items with a media label, even when I acknowledged I was shipping qualifying items (a bunch of CDs).”
“I understand it’s a hard place to work and the staff always tries their best, so i’m thankful for what they do and I have never had a problem they couldn’t try to fix”
“I love the convenient after hours of it being open for the working class. I usually can't make it to any post office but this location closes later at 8pm on weekdays! New discovery of this location has made it possible to get boxes out if need be. Service is great too, they are quick and friendly. There is a nice breeze sometimes too while waiting in line. :)”
“Ms. Lisa is amazing! We’ve been here since August of last year and the few times we’ve stopped in the post office it has always been Ms. Lisa. She’s very helpful and efficient and ensures that when mailing a box that we’re using the right one with correct postage. One time I accidentally used a priority mail box that wasn’t labeled flat rate and she caught it and I didn’t realize how much cost difference was to send between the two. Ms. Lisa made sure I got the right box as I had already prepaid and hit me with some knowledge that I use going forward. I really hope that while we’re here that Ms. Lisa is permanent as she has such a positive energy and friendly vibe there. She definitely has the Aloha spirit ?”

Gretchen the post office lady was so helpful, she explained me everything, helped to fill all the documents and kindly answered all my questions.
