“First off, major shout out to Ashley for going above & beyond today! I returned my car but left my backpack (with my laptop, hard drive and other really important items inside) on the passenger seat.
I was at check in when I received a call, and it was Ashley, who was able to quickly find my number and let me know she had the backpack. She got my location and literally ran it up to me! An absolute life saver, and I was able to make my flight.
Check in was a breeze, the car was spotless, and the experience with Hertz was A+ all around.
As of right now (September, 2025), there is considerable construction at the airport, and the signs are a bit confusing to get back to the rental car lot to return it. You actually DON’T come into he airport’s road system: instead, at the stoplight just at the entrance, take a right and follow the signs for car rental return.
Just a heads up, especially if you’re cutting it close on a flight, but that literally has nothing to do with Hertz.”
“My wife and mother flew into Las Vegas on November 4th and we got there at 2:45 pm and went down stairs to pick up our car. We were standing in line waiting to get our car then this woman came over and got the employee's face and started yelling at her she did not deserve that and I thought she handel it well. Bit other wise even after all she went through she was still good to my wife and I. I did not get the employees name but she was great.”
