“UPDATE: Aug, 2026 - took another rental back and Mercia and the staff there did us right again. We have rented the same SUV twice within a month (hopefully the same one next month for our next trip) and both times, we got a low tire warning immediately upon our departures the following day. A fluke once, but twice, it's an issue. The first time cost us (they will reimburse) and the second time we had to stop, again, at a truck stop with free air. An inconvenience both times, but after showing Mercia the photos we took of the dashboard warning light, again, she made a command decision, which sealed our continued allegiance to this particular branch. We really appreciate all that this branch does, their professionalism and continuously doing the right thing. Thank you again everyone!!!
This location has ALWAYS done us great! The staff is always super friendly, accommodating and always fair. One instance recently, we went in to get our rental and they told us right away that the prior person had smoked in it and they were conducting a process to sanitize it. At the end of the process, we went out for the pre-rental walk around and it still had an unusual order. The staff went out of their way to make the situation agreeable to us all as we NEEDED this particular size vehicle. It was very fair and I was fully satisfied how they handled it. This most recent rental, we happen to rent the exact same vehicle and we had Sawyer as our pre-rental person. Sawyer, as every person whom we have had the opportunity to meet at this location, was again, top notch. Thank you to the management team and the team members at this location for your professionalism. It is because of this team that has us coming back often. Keep up the great job!!!”

From the start she went out of her way with great communication and arranging my rental, she also helped get me into the rental I wanted. I had a few minor things come up during my rental and I called the store and talked directly with her every time, she was very helpful. Car was clean , just what we rented and we had no problems . Tank was full of gas and we returned it full - gas station is just outside the airport . Check in was very fast - and we were on our way . Would recommend Budget and will use them for our next trip .”

“First off, major shout out to Ashley for going above & beyond today! I returned my car but left my backpack (with my laptop, hard drive and other really important items inside) on the passenger seat.
I was at check in when I received a call, and it was Ashley, who was able to quickly find my number and let me know she had the backpack. She got my location and literally ran it up to me! An absolute life saver, and I was able to make my flight.
Check in was a breeze, the car was spotless, and the experience with Hertz was A+ all around.
As of right now (September, 2025), there is considerable construction at the airport, and the signs are a bit confusing to get back to the rental car lot to return it. You actually DON’T come into he airport’s road system: instead, at the stoplight just at the entrance, take a right and follow the signs for car rental return.
Just a heads up, especially if you’re cutting it close on a flight, but that literally has nothing to do with Hertz.”
“My wife and mother flew into Las Vegas on November 4th and we got there at 2:45 pm and went down stairs to pick up our car. We were standing in line waiting to get our car then this woman came over and got the employee's face and started yelling at her she did not deserve that and I thought she handel it well. Bit other wise even after all she went through she was still good to my wife and I. I did not get the employees name but she was great.”

“This establishment made transporting our aunt to her mother’s funeral possible, and I’m so grateful for them. Access Vans was helpful, accommodating, kind, and professional and took the time to thoroughly explain and model how to work the ADA mechanics of their rental vehicle. I highly recommend them!
Note: they are closed on weekends and require an in-person return check-in for rentals. Something to be aware of in case your desired check-in or check-out time falls on a weekend day.”
