“This was my first visit, and I saw this BEAUTIFUL coat there and i originally wasn't going to buy it but i couldnt stop thinking about it for the next two days, so i called in and asked if they still had it and this very nice lady told me they did, so i came in to buy it and i was so excited and my cashier (same lady on the phone) was just as excited and enthusiastic for me. We rung it up and turns out i was just a few dollars short, she immediately offered help and grabbed her manager, and they gave me a few coupons to lower the price. 10/10!!! They were so nice and had SOOOO many cool things to look at, I will definitely be coming back”
“What a great location. We visited on 5/16/24 and I would say this is absolutely the best visit if you're looking for pop culture merch, especially anime. This is a standard all Hot Topics should aim for. The store was clean and very well kept along with kind and courteous staff. Tiffany was so awesome, she helped me find this One Piece piece paper theater that I've been looking for a long time and I was very stoked to be able to find it. She happened to notice another One Piece item I was buying and suggested it. I wish I happened to get the other associates name that was working there at ~2 because they were great and checked the stock room for us twice with a smile. If you find yourself in the Boise mall, make sure you check it out!”
“Wow! This shop in the Boise Mall is full of incredible gifts - everything from locally made food products (huckleberry heaven!) to beautiful handcrafted jewelry! There is something for everyone on your list, made by Idaho Artists. I love the selection of fun note cards and stickers. The T-shirts will have you proud to be an Idahoan! “What a gem! Dropped in spontaneously while I was visiting Boise for work. The clothes were too cute- had to ship some back home since there wasn’t room in my suitcase :). The owners and staff are the friendliest and stylish chicks. They made great suggestions without being pushy.

“I would just love to say, This buckle is hands down one of the best jeans stores I have ever experienced. I have a 36” inseam with a 27W and it’s hard to find jeans long enough in stores. Buckle had everything I could’ve dreamed of! Hailey was absolutely amazing and was the best costumer service I have ever received! She was such a doll and I will be returning!”

“The store is cool they have stuff.. yeah whatever. But let me tell you about one of their employees; LANDON. I don't think I've ever received that Top-of-the-line service anywhere. What an intentional genuine guy. He took so much time with us going over all different details and specs as we were shopping for new snowboards, boots, and bindings. He knows his stuff and provided so many options and thoroughly explained the pros and cons of each. Throughout the entire process he was so engaged, knowledgeable, and personable. Never once did I feel like I was talking to a slimy salesman trying to get his quota. No Landon is nothing like that. I hope management realizes how lucky they are to have Landon on their team!”
