Went to use my debit card this morning and it was declined. Called customer service and they found a suspicious purchase so they blocked it. I didn't get charged and getting a new card same day. ICCU has always been 100% with me.

I worked with Tera today and she helped me unravel another company's mistake. She had my issue solved in no time. ICCU--there are other companies who could benefit from training from your clearly talented employees. I've never had even remotely bad service at this branch.
