“After several years with T Mobile, I was hesitant to switch carriers even though everyone else in our family uses the Verizon network. I could not be any happier with my decision. Manager Will Rankin made the process effortless for my husband and I, and that is saying a lot. I have always owned Apple products, he is an Android user, and we both needed to upgrade our phones. The service in this store is superior to anything I have experienced since purchasing my first cell phone over 25 years ago. Will runs this store like the mom and pop businesses we grew up with … with honesty, integrity, and exceptional customer care. I also want to mention my appreciation for Josh’s assistance on a separate occasion. Thanks to you both for making our switch to Verizon such a positive experience!”

“Cyrus, our customer service associate, was very helpful and helped us get some charges off that we had occurred via phone when we were setting up an additional line. He also was able to get us an iPad, which we needed. We were glad he was our customer service rep. Now all the negative we hear about Verizon seem to not be true in our case.”

“My man monte is exceptional, hands down! We were having major trouble trying to break ground on my situation but he was determined and tried every angle that he could to take care of my and my buisness there.
