“I came in on a Sunday night right before closing. Johnny was working and he was helping somebody else When I entered the store. He greeted me kindly as soon as I walked through the door. When he was finished helping the customer that he was with he asked how he could help. I told him that my phone was broken and I needed a replacement. He helped me work through my issue without rushing and without him trying to push me out the door because it's time to go home. He made me feel comfortable.
And he made it feel like I was talking to a friend. I just want to say thank you to Johnny, and keep being the wonderful person that you are. It is a rare quality nowadays. So keep up the amazing job and this is the only store that I will be returning to if I ever need help again.”

“My granddaughter was having problems with her Gizmo watch and I was having major problems with my cell memory. We stopped by the Verizon on Emerald St figuring we'd be there for at least an hour, probably more. I was shocked when we walked out less than 30 minutes later - with all our problems rectified - because of Mike C! Within five minutes he knew the Gizmos problem and it was fixed in fifteen minutes and my cell phone memory was restored in about ten minutes. The guy is a computer whiz! He didn't waste time, knew what to do and, and fixed it. Plus, I needed a new battery charger cord and Mike showed me what I needed and didn't try to talk me into anything different. I highly recommend Mike for any phone issues!!”
