“I went to this location because i had dmg to my phone and thought i would just upgrade. according to Casey/Kasey i was not eligible though i was 24/36 months into this phones contract. he did go above and beyond and helped me file an insurance claim. I will admit now im a bit disappointed because if i had gone to a real verizon dealer (not an authorized dealer) i would have qualified for an early upgrade since im more than 50% into the contract. im unsure if he even knew this. He was a great deal of help though and went beyond what i would have expected with helping me file my claim.”

“My daughter dropped her i-phone 14 in the shower and it got pretty wet. After that screen was just white with lines on it. We went to this repair shop inside Walmart on Fairview Meridian. And it literally took less than 10 minutes for the very nice guy there, Amin, to replace the screen with a good quality one. I was amazed at his speed and professionalism. To fix the phone there and then while we watched in less than 10 minutes truly impressed me. Highly recommended place for cell phone repair. Andy B.”
