She helped walk us through the process and further explained what some things meant (no question was a silly one!). She was there every step of the way, from zoom/phone call/text/email/in person- she really does it all and responds within a timely manner. He's quite literally the reason I got a rate far below 5.6% in July of 2021!!!He knows his stuff and even told me to wait to lock in the rate, then advised when it was time to pull the trigger because he knew the rates would go down for ONE DAY only. And he literally held my hand thru everything. I was also calling him 20 times a day with questions and he always knew the answers and took his time explaining everything to me.
