“Great experience at this phone store. Alex helped me clean out a virus off my phone and explained what he was doing clearly. Resetting up my phone only took about 10 minutes and he transferred all my data for free. Very friendly and professional service.”

“Service was fast and efficient. Happy with the service I received. Getting billed for the protection plan that I opted out of, so I'll have to call and get that squared away. Unable to register on the app, but hopefully that'll be resolved soon. 4 stars only because of the associate at the store. Otherwise 2.5.”
