Northwest Tile & Floors provides an excellent experience for flooring and tile projects. The team is friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful, offering great design expertise. They are super communicative and easy to work with, taking time to listen to needs and guide customers. Staff help in choosing the perfect products, from tricky color palettes to the right style and materials, even providing samples. They find items customers cannot locate elsewhere. Installers are courteous and do a great job. The result is excellent, leaving customers highly satisfied and ready to recommend the business.
We had them replace the tile in a few bathrooms and we encountered some problems with other issues (not NW Tile fault) and they were so great, going with the punches, super communicative, and easy to work with. We would 100% use them again!
