I want to thank Criszia ,
The wonderful assistant property manager and All involved for everything , in helping me with an AC issue that I was having ! With the summer weather that’s coming, Criszia was , and is , on top of it ! She showed concern and caring , and again , treated me like family !
Criszia, made sure the contracted AC company stayed in contact with me, as well as herself , which included Robby, the technician, and Rene, from the AC company itself, so that I would be sure to be home for the service call.
It turned out to be a very small leak that was found, and they repaired it !
It’s good as new !

Northwest Property Management , came through for me quickly in this time of need !
I would refer any family ,and friends , to move here for the way you take care of your tenants ,
again like Family !
You also keep our surrounding property so beautiful, it is such a blessing, and pleasure to be able to live here, and I hope that I will be able to for many years to come !
I am a senior, and I fix the small things myself, but thank goodness you are here to help when something rare like this comes up !

“This is hands down one of the best places to live in Boise. I moved into here from Spokane and I love the close access to the green belt. The river is so pretty and all the trees are lovely. It is such a quiet and well maintained complex. We used the pool for the first time last weekend and I'm happy to say it was very enjoyable.
Our apartment is spacious, has a lovely fireplace and I love our balcony. We plan on staying here for quite a while.
Love how pet friendly, and kind the staff are. Maintenance requests are taken care of in a very timely manner.
For anyone looking for a new place to call home, Riverpointe is the best.”
