Not all UPS stores are the same as I have sadly found out. But you will be glad to use this store for any UPS services. “This Vista location, is a wonderful UPS Store, especially their employee Kiley. She is always so friendly and really practices great customer service! I know if Kiley is helping me, she will be very efficient in finding the correct information and processing my mail and packages properly. If I'm unsure about what I need, for example, in getting one of their nice boxes for gifts, shipping, or storage, she's quick to say "no problem" and patiently go over the different sizes and types of boxes they have. This UPS Store and the customers are very lucky to have a great employee like Kiley.”
“The store at Linder and Chinden in Eagle, ID is on my way to pretty much everywhere. It's a busy store but they are always helpful and cheerful and the self-serve kiosk is always available. The store is always clean and seems to be run very efficiently.
