“You have two fantastic, helpful employees working at the Milwaukee St. store in Boise, ID! After a week of frustration from chat bots everywhere I’d been I was so happy to walk in and see two smiling faces ready and willing to help. Niah was beautiful and helped me with ideas on how to send in a decorated box as well as to access my credit card on my phone! Her coworker Cosmo was great help too! The experience with humans is far underrated and I will only use UPS for this exact reason. They were delightful, assisted me with everything I needed and created a loyal customer. They are great!
