It would have been a pleasant 5 star experience if your music wasn't so depressing, dreadful, and outdated. I couldn't wait to get out of there so I can be uplifted by the sunshine, clean air, and upbeat music in my car!! You want your customers experience to be enjoyable - they tend to stay longer and buy things instore rather than end up buying online!

“I would gladly give them 10 stars! They are truly magic! My cell fell into the toilet and totally died!! (I found out from CPR to NEVER, EVER PLUG YOUR WET PHONE IN! But, I did, not knowing that.) It was truly dead. They worked their magic and, thank the Lord, my phone is like it never went into the water! I can't thank them enough!!”
“I spent 2 hours looking for a place that could fix my phone. Apple Store told me $300 and possibly have to reset and lose my data.
They fixed my phone in 15 minutes and it didn’t cost me a months wages. I’m sending everyone here!

“Friendly staff! But I’ve been trying to call the store for the past 3 weeks and the robot machine kept not understanding me and kept hanging up on me and wouldn’t let me speak to a representative. So don’t call them if you have any questions. Go in person. I’ll keep trying to call them for the next couple weeks before switching providers. But the robot keeps answering my call first.”

“My wife and I went there a couple of weeks ago to trade in our two year old phones for two newer ones. Sophia helped us and couldn't have been more helpful, professional or nicer. Sophia took care of us and it was amazing to watch her fingers fly over that tiny keyboard as she fixed our T-Mobile logons and facilitated our tradeins and explained our new perks. She didn't rush us old codgers and treated us well and never seemed like she had some other things to do. I even went back to buy a case a week later because the service and help was so good. Thank you. This is now our favorite store for all our phone needs”
“Very happy with my experience at this location. Christian is the associate that assisted me yesterday and I can't say enough how much I appreciate his help. I run my husband's business, basically, through my phone and I broke it the night before. I came in shortly after opening and was on my way back home in less than an hour. Christian was extremely informative and gave me great instructions on how to do my transfer from home. In the past, it's taken hours to get a new phone and I was expecting that, but pleasantly surprised that I was done and out the door with my new phone and a watch being shipped to me. This is a great location if you have a business and don't have time to get stuck in a phone store.”

“So, the store and everyone else at this establishment is pretty great, and when I finally got assistance It went well. However, initially when I went into the store, I was greeted by this employee named "Taylor", at first they were very kind and asked relevant questions about my inquiry, but things quickly took a turn. Instead of actually providing a solution to my issue, I was instead faced with offers and strategies and loopholes to try and get me to buy another product, which was not at all what I wanted. I kept declining said offers, and they seemed to get very upset, and proceeded to walk or should I say "stomp" away angrily. I can only assume it's because I didn't give in to what was being offered. I was left at the desk as other associates were assisting other customers. When Taylor did finally return, they said they would no longer assist me, and that there are other customers waiting in line. I as a customer do not appreciate this kind of behavior, and think that this should for sure be looked in to.”

“I only went here to go to build a bear but the staff were very kindAnd it was a very nice experience also for some reason I stayed there for over 20 minutes and (I got there 2 mins before closing ?) it seemingly didn't close until I got out because most of the stores weren't closed but anyway, yes it was a very nice experience”

“Convenient, knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, attentive. Little to no wait service. Quick to provide after the sale service. Been going to this shop for years now. This location is my first choice for phone information and help. Have never been let down. Customer service and satisfaction by the Cricket staff appears a priority within the Cricket policy guidelines the staff work within. Cricket is my favorite carrier. They have several plans and use the AT&T cell towers so coverage is huge with lots of services. So far, Idaho City, parts of the Missouri Ozarks, and areas of Nebraska are the only dead zones that I have experienced and Cricket said that the Idaho City dead zone should go away soon. I swapped from Verizon years ago and kept my phone number, got much better service, reliability, value, and satisfaction with Cricket. I recommend Cricket to everyone looking for a new cell phone company. I was with Verizon for over 20 years and wished that I had known more about Cricket and swapped way beforehand. I only look back to ask why I had not swapped from Verizon years before? When travelling with my Cricket phone service, I often run Google directions, talk on the phone and stream Internet radio simultaneously that Verizon had trouble doing each individually and Verizon had much more dead zones and drops. These Cricket staff are attentive with the goal of win-win for everyone.”

“Just traveling through the Boise area on the day of the iPhone 15 launch. Stopped by the Verizon store in Meridian to get the iPhone 15 pro max. They only had a blue one and I wanted a Natural Titanium one. This was our 5th stop looking to buy the iPhone and Jolene heard this and made a few calls and found one!! That helped us so much and saved us so much time. We went to Gattet’s store in Meridian- he got us taken care of with the iPhone 15 pro max and accessories and he also sold us an Apple Watch 9 which we weren’t planning on. Thank you both for your excellent service!!”
“This last weekend I dropped my IPhone and shattered my back glass and front screen and bent the side frame. On Monday, I brought in my phone. I was given an estimate on fixing the phone and also an alternative of buying a used phone. I decided to have my front screen repaired. The repair was done in 90 minutes same day. The staff is friendly and helpful. I will definitely be a repeat customer, if needed. Great work!”
