Thank you Ethan, Eric and the prior employee who has since returned to college with an impeccable performance handling an irate customer (me) because of some very poor Corp practices of T-Mobile. “My daughter dropped her i-phone 14 in the shower and it got pretty wet. After that screen was just white with lines on it. We went to this repair shop inside Walmart on Fairview Meridian. And it literally took less than 10 minutes for the very nice guy there, Amin, to replace the screen with a good quality one. I was amazed at his speed and professionalism. To fix the phone there and then while we watched in less than 10 minutes truly impressed me. Highly recommended place for cell phone repair. Andy B.”

“I went to this location because i had dmg to my phone and thought i would just upgrade. according to Casey/Kasey i was not eligible though i was 24/36 months into this phones contract. he did go above and beyond and helped me file an insurance claim. I will admit now im a bit disappointed because if i had gone to a real verizon dealer (not an authorized dealer) i would have qualified for an early upgrade since im more than 50% into the contract. im unsure if he even knew this. He was a great deal of help though and went beyond what i would have expected with helping me file my claim.”

I was lucky enough to have the Manager, Nathalie,to help me with all the technical things that entail when switching providers
Not only was Nathalie extremely professional with the plans and products with Cricket, she was also very kind and calm which helped my stress level decrease. The entire experience with Nathalie was positive and effective. I could tell she really cared about her job and her customers.
Employees like Nathalie are hard to find these days.
I recommend Cricket on Milwaukee with Nathalie for any phone needs.

“Wow! We had an outstanding customer service experience at this T-Mobile store. We had tried to upgrade our phone the previous evening and received lackluster service at best from a representative over the phone. We decided to try this corporate store and boy was that the right decision. We were lucky enough to get Alexis Abou-Halaka, a Senior Mobile Expert. That title doesn't do her skill set justice. She was more of a T-Mobile Savant in my opinion. She demonstrated extraordinary knowledge of T-Mobile Services and products not to mention how professionally she dealt with other T-Mobile departments for us throughout the process.. We ended up with an entirely new plan as well as three new iPhones. Alexis went the extra mile to explain everything and also made sure that we understood what we were doing. Her competency and professionalism were really exemplary. We have been customers for a long time and will continue to be because of employees like Alexis. I wish there was a higher rating than 5 stars because she really deserves it. Thank you Alexis!
Side note: Several days later, I returned our old phones for trade in. Alexis wasn't working so a young lady by the name of Aubrey assisted me. She was also very professional, kind and patient. She collected the necessary information and once were all done, she began to ask questions making sure I was satisfied with everything and even went on to ask if I had any questions or needed anything in regards to my new plan, services or applications. The culture at this store is amazing in that your employees genuinely seem customer service driven. Aubrey was a pleasure to deal with and was yet another great example for your organization. Thank you for the assistance Aubrey!”

“My granddaughter was having problems with her Gizmo watch and I was having major problems with my cell memory. We stopped by the Verizon on Emerald St figuring we'd be there for at least an hour, probably more. I was shocked when we walked out less than 30 minutes later - with all our problems rectified - because of Mike C! Within five minutes he knew the Gizmos problem and it was fixed in fifteen minutes and my cell phone memory was restored in about ten minutes. The guy is a computer whiz! He didn't waste time, knew what to do and, and fixed it. Plus, I needed a new battery charger cord and Mike showed me what I needed and didn't try to talk me into anything different. I highly recommend Mike for any phone issues!!”
