“I can't thank Rob and the team at Shelley Auto Care enough! We were passing through Shelley after picking up a new puppy, and our brakes failed because of a missing bolt in the Caliper (I had just gotten the brakes replaced in our home town the week before)! Being far from home, we were feeling very worried and didn't know what to do. Rob and the team took a quick look and squeezed us in right away. They were the nicest people and took such good care of us and the very nice Lady at the front desk made sure the puppy was ok and kept checking in with us. Rob was very thorough and made sure the brakes on both sides were in perfect working order before we left, and he test drove it to make sure. What could have been a very bad day, turned out to be the best day for us because of Shelley Auto Care. We can't thank them enough. “We needed 4 new drives... we got them used here for a decent price $179 each and they traded one of the tires we had on about 2k miles on it, for 1 of the used ones. Tires came to $540, withe ther credit, the rest was Mounting and Balancing. Mounting and balancing were pricy and they didn't balance them. But we got out the door for just under $1k.
We feel that we can recommend this place.”

“Parts person on the phone was helpful and very knowledgeable which is why this gets 4 ⭐A few hrs later upon arriving the front desk didnt acknowledge me I had to interrupt the two ladies talking to ask where parts dept was. When I arrive to parts dept a different guy was there and he just kinda blew me off. No greeting or acknowledgement I was at the counter until he was off the phone.”

“My sister and I had broken down and after attempting to fix what we thought was the problem on our own with no success, we tried to find any mechanic that could squeeze us in. We were from out of town and none of the first 12 mechanics we called would see us for another 2 weeks. Including these guys, but they called back and made time for us. They were incredibly upfront and walked me through their entire process. They were able to diagnose the problem fast and for an excellent price. I can't suggest these guys enough!”
