“These guys have worked on my cars since I was in high school. They’re awesome, super honest and fast too. My poor high mileage car wouldn’t be running without them and I will NEVER go anywhere else as long as I live here! “Needless to say I’m more than satisfied with the service I received at caliber! The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable and they worked very quickly and efficiently to get me back on the road. They paid attention to every detail and always kept me up to date of the status of my vehicle without me having to contact them, talk about great customer service that goes above and beyond! Yes the service may be a little pricy depending on the damage you have but it’s more than worth it, because my truck came back to me looking better than when I purchased it! Definitely better than going to CCT shop. The pictures below are a before and after of my truck.”

“I had an issue with our Suburban yesterday and went into the store. We ran diagnostics and found that the voltage regulator on the alternator was bad as well as the battery. Isaac was incredibly helpful and even offered to put the new alternator and battery in for me right there at the store. After a few minutes Isaac had me back on the road. Thank you!”
“We called ahead for the vehicle we were looking at when we arrived the salesman we had been talking to on the phone grabbed the keys and went and got the vehicle so we so we could test drive it before purchasing it. The salesman was very good and pleasant when we bought our Ford pickup earlier in the year so we worked with him when we purchased the new vehicle we just purchased.”

“Dwayne was very helpful.I needed to get anti freeze for my 2010 Nissan.Tonights temps will fall to 5° and tomorrow is expected to dip below freezing. It had been some time since I needed to buy antifreeze so the new marketing was unfamiliar to me. Dwayne was able to explain to me the difference in the colors and the importance of purchasing the one for my specific vehicle. Payette NAPA is the place for my automotive needs I will definitely be going back there next time I need something for my 2010 Nissan Versa.”

“This place has TOP tier service! I don't think I'll ever even look at another dealership after visiting this place! I took my parents truck in for an oil change and was greeted very kindly. They offered to rotate tires and also wash the exterior once they were finished. The oil change was complimentary, btw, because my parents purchased their truck there. But even if I had paid to do the oil, it was a super good price. While I waited I was offered water, full coffee bar, chips, and popcorn. Lots of outlets in lobby in case u have to charge phone while you wait. Free wifi and comfy environment. 12/10 would go back any day of the week!”

“I was traveling through Ontario, trying to get back to Spokane Washington for a flight later in the week and had a DEF warning message that came on that was about to limit my progress and shut me down. The shop was booked out a few days, so I was going to leave the truck and get a rental car so I could make it back in time for my flight. Once Seth heard I was going get a rental car, he told me to wait around a bit before I got the car. Both Seth and Jamey discussed my issue, thought it may be a simple issue and did a quick diagnostic. To my surprise, it was a quick fix like they thought and I was back on the road within the hour. I can't say enough to express my gratitude to Seth, Jamey and the shop crew for saving me not only the expense of a rental car from Ontario to Spokane, but also the time I would spend having to drive back the 8 hours to pick up the truck later.Ontario Auto Ranch's Service Department is "Top Tier"”
“I called them 5 mins from town, saw me as soon as I pulled in. I had ripped my bumper off backing out my driveway in idaho and was driving all the way to the coast. We couldn't do the full repair but made sure to secure the bumper for me, so I could travel safely. Not many people or businesses would stop what they were in the middle of to make sure you could keep in schedule with your travels.
