“Went to Dave after a friend recommended him to me for a loud clunk in my tires. Les Schwab said I’d have to get rotors/control arms/subframe replaced. He said it was loose bolt…he did recommend I replace my struts as they were pretty worn. Got both replaced for roughly $900. Not bad considering. Needed to get my a/c compressor replaced. He lets you buy your parts if you’d like which in my case I already hard the part luckily. Installed it for roughly $400! Not bad at all. Going back to see if he can help with my catalytic converters. He’s an honest guy and I appreciate how he explains everything to me that makes sense and shows me pictures (I am a visual person). He always gives options that are most convenient and is financially understanding. Best mechanic in the area!!”

“Treasure valley Auto is an honest, family owned business. Tyler is back as the owner and his family is back to help out. They used to own Maztech before they decided to retire but couldn’t stay away and we’re happy to have them fixing our cars again! They are honest and have turned away business if it wasn’t needed but rather have said to monitor the situation and to come back if some of the symptoms come back. We have recommended repeatedly and our friends are happy with hem also.”

“Ken is a great man. I take all my vehicles to him and have since 2013. I am always pleased with the work, the timely service, and I can always count on my cars being done right. This shop has been voted Boise best customs I believe in 2024. As long as he is open as they are a small business owner I will be taking my business to them. I never have nothing to worry about with insurance claims they help me take care of that with accurate quotes and if something is found that’s not caught by eye sight when the jobs being done he has reached out to me and submitted it to my insurance company. Please know that if you run through the reviews and see one that’s seems off then they might be bitter wanting more then the insurance hasn’t approved on repair or that they are fake reviews. This shop has many workers to keep the shop going so please keep in mind Ken is the owner and sees over all the projects and that they are done right.
Again Ken thanks for helping me out in my times of need. See yall soon with the vett I got some more ideas on it.. all my vehicles below he has done work with from lifts, tires, rims, paint, powder coating, all of these have had repair or paint jobs from wrecks.”

“This is the best repair shop in town. Needed my 1980 gmc 4x4 4 speed manual transmission and transfer case rebuilt. This shop was the only shop i could find. They do a great honest job, and are reasonably priced. Definitely highly recommend.”

“Leaving a new review because I feel my last one was a little unfair I came in because I was worried about my cat being clogged/and oil leak/possibly running rich. They handled all of that great but the only things I'm kinda erked about is and I know it wasn't the original reason I came in but I did ask them to check if it was knocking/misfiring as I told them my tuner said it was they said it was running fine and not a problem but the first time I drove it it misfired. And my tuner still says its knocking other than that they are v nice and professional. Although their prices are pretty steep I feel but who's aren't nowadays I guess”
