“Friendly staff! But I’ve been trying to call the store for the past 3 weeks and the robot machine kept not understanding me and kept hanging up on me and wouldn’t let me speak to a representative. So don’t call them if you have any questions. Go in person. I’ll keep trying to call them for the next couple weeks before switching providers. But the robot keeps answering my call first.”

“The clerk was very helpful he really took the time to make sure everything was all square and I knew all charges. I really appreciated this. He helped me make sure I had what I needed on my phone and got rid of a lot of garbage.
The only draw back was the store was dreadfully under staffed.”

It would have been a pleasant 5 star experience if your music wasn't so depressing, dreadful, and outdated. I couldn't wait to get out of there so I can be uplifted by the sunshine, clean air, and upbeat music in my car!! You want your customers experience to be enjoyable - they tend to stay longer and buy things instore rather than end up buying online!

“I don’t leave reviews often but Tyler at this location proceeded to fix such an awful experience i had at my first choice in store locations not far from this one. Immediately greeted by someone and then HELPED! thank you guys ? and now i got my new phone !!”
“Nick was a tremendous help!! I walked in and told him exactly what I needed and why I needed it. We talked through some options/offers I had on my account, nitially decided on a phone he didn’t have in stock(no big deal), I just got the next step up for a couple extra dollars a month.
He got my new phone squared away and managed to help a couple other customers(all while my phone was transferring data).
I highly recommend this store and having Nick help. Great experience!”
