Walked in to Horizon with papers, joined, wrote check and was out in about 35 minutes. So impressed decided to open another CD and teller was able to handle it in less that 10 minutes "be cause we have all your information ".”

“Emily Haas was excellent! As first time homebuyers we had all kinds of questions and Emily did a great job helping us navigate the process! Not only that, but we were out of state as well (moving back to Idaho after years away) and she was great about making sure we met a super quick closing and was an excellent communicator. ICCU was the easiest part of the home buying process for us! Though we had other loan services offer us perhaps a little bit lower rate, by far ICCU had the best service and why we chose to go with them. Emily was timely, professional, and kind, and we will be recommending her to our family and friends as well. “Beau at the counter was amazing. I didn't know there was customer service like that anymore. He was kind, accommodating, ans made it easy to be across the counter from him. 10/10 recommend him. They were busy so it made it difficult to see someone about a bigger issue like setting up a savings account. I would decrease it by .5 point for that but because Beau was so awesome I'm going a full 5 stars.”

Was amazing I had an issue with a check I mobile deposited causing a messy situation with my account and she took amazing care of me and understood my concerns and worries as my bills were coming out. Despite of my check not being there.She went above and beyond for me! I even called this morning to check in to see if there was any updates and she was already on it! “I’ve been to many branches. This one has the best customer service!! Tellers are always willing to take the time to solve problems.At another branch yesterday, one of my concerns was completely blown off, offering no assistance at all. I was ready to leave the credit union for good.Today, at the Crossroads branch, Will was amazing. Listened and solved my online banking issue. Because of how he handled this, I will stay with STCU.”
“I want to say that every single time I've gone in to deposit a check or open a new savings acct for vacation funds....these guys are and have always been the nicest people I've ever met. Good job on that. I only have 2 really tiny complaints. One is that they closed the branch that was most convenient for me, and just recently I went on mobile to check my balance and it kept saying I had the wrong p a sword and or login. It freaked me out. I thought I had been hacked. The wait time to talk to anyone was 25 minutes so I hung up. Tried again the next morning and still couldn't get on so called again. Took 24 minutes to resolve this non existent problem. I still had same login and pw....they never told my why my acct had been "disabled" out of the blue. Other than that have had no problem. Just maybe they have too many computer glitches...no idea”

“This review is for a diligent employee at the Post Falls branch - Josiah. I am a real estate agent and the title company, the personal representative of the property and myself could not get anywhere with the corporate or people in charge of loan pay-offs. A request had been on-going since April while the property was in escrow. We had 1 business day to keep the transaction from falling apart. Our title officer had never encountered such obstacles in getting a pay off amount. I walked in to the branch and told Josiah I was very frustrated with the company he works for but I was not going to take it out on him. I just needed help. He assured me by the end of the business day he would contact the right people. He followed through and Global Credit Union is very fortunate to have a dedicated and responsible employee.”
