Walked in to Horizon with papers, joined, wrote check and was out in about 35 minutes. So impressed decided to open another CD and teller was able to handle it in less that 10 minutes "be cause we have all your information ".”

They have gone above and beyond on several occasions in assisting me and I cannot rave enough about them, their curtious tellers who are always friendly, and even in helping me with finance matters beyond just having a checking account. If you're looking for a bank that is more than what you're expecting from a bank - and who actually CARES about you and your situation, then ICCU is for you. I am constantly on the go, and they go every where with me - including a teller! I can call a video teller from my living room, or once even at the grocery store when my card wouldn't work. Before I could get back into the store to pay they had it resolved.... they are just awesome!”
“This branch of STCU is probably the best banking experience ever. I recommend simply opening account there just to interact with the tellers. One teller in particular is enthusiastic about the history of money and makes a purpose to offer $2 bills to people. Very friendly in a very practical way. All banks should run like this”
