STCU has slightly improved, but the need to allow someone to pay your loan on your behalf needs to be allowed. Otherwise, friendly staff and prompt customer service.

Jayme should train the others. Excellent attitude and customer service. And this is coming from someone who reallllly doesn’t care for STCU and their predatory lending practices, so Jayme was EXTRA great, cause I hate STCU and I had a fine experience. 10/10 for Jayme.
