“When in today was one of the most genuine and honest people we have talked to all day the lady was very sweet and had our best interest at heart purchased a twin mattress for a very good price. I highly recommend to check this place out if your looking for a good deal at a fair price :)”
“We went into Mattress Firm looking for a new mattress and Gabriel was very helpful and no pressure sale. Wife found the mattress she liked and Gabriel scheduled it for us for two days later. He was friendly and knowledgeable.”
“5 stars! We loved the customer service! He was very helpful going over all the different prices of things and even breaking down payments of every bed we were interested in. He did go above and beyond. We also had our toddler running around the entire store while trying to decide. Super great family run business!”
“The technician was very professional and knowledgeable. He was able to repair our gas fireplace and fix a few items he saw as safety concerns from the original install. He walked me through how to replace a remote battery for the fireplace and was extremely thorough with what he did to get our unit going again. Will be adding them to our list of repair vendors!”
“If youre looking for rustic and heirloom type pieces this is the place. The people who work and run this place are the best, super nice and the customer service is the best”
“We purchased 3 beautiful log bed frames from North Idaho Log Furniture. Dan was so helpful and flexible to make one of them in 2 days to meet our schedule. Nick delivered the 3 beds quickly and assembled them all in a short time. The quality and appearance of all 3 beds is top notch. Both of these gentlemen were friendly, knowledgeable a pleasure to do business with. We highly recommend them.”
“The Reclaimed Cottage is the place to go if you are looking to be creative. There is an array of products to choose from. Reclaimed Cottage is great for beginners, Becky offers classes to teach how to use the products effectively. She is very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. If you’re not the creative type, no problem, she does custom work as well.”
“I had the pleasure of meeting with Polly Beasley, as my furniture consultant at Koerner Furniture. She was very helpful in showing the different sofas and love seat recliners. I was able to make my selection that fit the living room furniture and color scheme. Very good firm seat and back support on both units. Both items were in stock , with delivery in 3 days. My delivery was awesome. Tyler and Tony called ahead with arrival time. They were fantastic. I showed them the living room set up spots. They were very careful bringing the sofa and love seat into the house and placing them in the living room where I had pre arraigned. They even helped with the adhesive felt leg pads on the legs to protect my hardwood floors. They made sure the queen size fold out bed worked smoothly and showed the features of both it and the love seat recliner. I could not have asked for a better delivery service, Tyler and Tony are the best ,Great experience, Thanks guys Michael R.”

“Anticipated how those 2 strong strapping young men would get it upstairs into the room that they had to get it into.
They did an excellent job on this very hot 250th 4th of July
They put it together, Great teamwork
After having to remove the feet of sofa because of small doorways into the bedroom that the sofa sleeper was not going to go into. I believe we were all glad that this was their last Stop of the day.”

“Great place to shop especially during the holidays. This place is in a building that was once occupied by k mart so you get the idea of how big of a space its in.
I do wonder who the buyer is as there are so many things there that are not my taste at all. I do notice that the clearance area is loaded with those type of items I would never buy and being in the clearance spot confirmes my thoughts on that.”
“Ironstone installed a GyroFocus fireplace for my custom home project and I could not be more pleased. Their team was was attentive, eager, & professional throughout the planning, communication, & installation phases. They did everything we asked them to do & the product turned out great.”

“I experienced serious problems with a master bathroom shower tile install by Lake Forest Interior Design. Lake Forest examined the installation and advised they would take of it. They removed all of the tile, replaced it with new tile and rebuild the entire shower. I was really impressed with Lake Forest Interior Design. They definitely stand by their work and reputation!
- Thanks Hanna and Stephen! -”
