“I highly recommend CPR for your cell phone repair. I was impressed by their knowledge and customer support. I took an ancient cellar phone to them that had gone on the blitz. Where I live, none of the other cell phone repair shops in the local major cities could help me because they said parts weren't available for my old phone, but CPR was able to find what was needed. Anyway, despite their best efforts, the phone was unsalvageable, at least without higher repair costs. This was explained to me and I decided to pull the plug on my old phone and let it finally rest after years of faithful service; they did all they could for the money I was willing to spend. The point is, for the level of care and interest they took, and the expediant manner they performed, I was very happy with their side of it, and if I need any repairs for a cellphone I own from this century, I'll contact CPR...oh, yeah, they're very reasonable on costs...”
“I had such a rad experience at the Verizon store on Hanley! I went in with a lot of questions and uncertainty of how getting my first new phone would play out. Walking in with my friend we were pleasantly greeted by Devan. He was very personable and worked his butt off not only comparing deals to get me the best one for my situation, but he also solved all our problems easily while engaging in conversation with us as well! Safe to say he knows what’s up, he got me 2 new upgrades for way under my budget!!!!”

What stood out the most is that everything he told us about the plans, pricing, and billing has been exactly what showed up on our bill. No surprises, which we really appreciate.

“Went to the PostFalls location during hours and found the store closed after waiting around for over an hour I took a ride to the CDA store. Upon arrival in CDA I found Lexi the store manager from PostFalls running the CDA branch. Seems that the higher ups at corporate thought since they were short staffed that Lexi should forget about her PostFalls location and her loyal customers and go straight to CDA and keep those customers happy. I must say if it were not for Lexi I would never have made the switch to Cricket. I am giving a 5 star rating based on her outstanding customer service and her actions alone. As for the corporate idiot who made the decision to send Lexi to CDA and leave her store closed and unmanned you should take a lesson from Lexi on customer service she could teach you how to run a business”

She continued to message me after the process to update me on the status of a promotion that I had qualified for as well. She is probably the best customer service representative that I’ve dealt with at any cellular provider.”
