“I highly recommend CPR for your cell phone repair. I was impressed by their knowledge and customer support. I took an ancient cellar phone to them that had gone on the blitz. Where I live, none of the other cell phone repair shops in the local major cities could help me because they said parts weren't available for my old phone, but CPR was able to find what was needed. Anyway, despite their best efforts, the phone was unsalvageable, at least without higher repair costs. This was explained to me and I decided to pull the plug on my old phone and let it finally rest after years of faithful service; they did all they could for the money I was willing to spend. The point is, for the level of care and interest they took, and the expediant manner they performed, I was very happy with their side of it, and if I need any repairs for a cellphone I own from this century, I'll contact CPR...oh, yeah, they're very reasonable on costs...”

“Went into this Verizon store today. With the intention of upgrading my phone. I was helped by a wonderful young man named Dakota. Not only was he able to assist me but he was able to convince my boyfriend to dump AT&t and bundle us together. It took some time because there was some technical difficulties but Dakota communicated very well and very clearly. From now on if I have any issues this is the Verizon store I will be coming to. Was disappointed in the service I received from the location on Prairie, but Devan at the Hanley Ave location was happy to help and made it most convenient for me. I really appreciated his attitude and willingness to help. Even for something that seems easy for someone else, was overwhelming for me. He called me like he said he would when my new phone arrived and was generally very knowledgeable and friendly. Next time I need something, this store and Devan will be my first stop over the others.”
