I was going to switch to T Mobile. Went to Verizon to see what they could do to lower my bill and upgrade my phone. Gabriel Hegbloom, associate at the store, was very knowledgeable to help lower my monthly bill and upgrade my phone. He was friendly and had excellent customer service.
