Per my request & using my device, he was able to quickly inform me of my data use trends. So, I was able to make informed decisions about Cricket's offerings! Also, once I asked him to do so, he was able to adjust my phone plan to the offering I chose. I doubt this would be easy & suspect it may not have been possible on a phone service which only offers contract plans.
