“Ethan did an excellent job accommodating me for what I was looking for. I had dropped my phone that I have had since 2019 and completely broke it, so I couldn't even use my screen. He never let up on helping me, even though he could see I was very stressed out and pissed off, that I just broke my phone. He kept a very kind, professional, informative approach. He listened to what I needed for my situation. Even though I was upset with my own situation; he made sure I was taken care of and stayed to make sure my phone was set up, before he closed up the store. Ethan absolutely deserves a raise! I appreciate his honesty, listening and getting me into a decent phone for the budget, I was trying to stay in. Also never ONCE got an attitude with me even though I was so frustrated, he kept a very professional attitude, with understanding to my situation. One of the best people I've seen in a long time to have excellent customer service. Thank you.”
“Martin and Mikey were absolutely amazing! I went in for a SIM issue and ended up upgrading my phone instead. The process took about 3 hours because of a few hiccups in the setup, but I felt perfectly comfortable waiting. Their customer service was fantastic. “Convenient, knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, attentive. Little to no wait service. Quick to provide after the sale service. Been going to this shop for years now. This location is my first choice for phone information and help. Have never been let down. Customer service and satisfaction by the Cricket staff appears a priority within the Cricket policy guidelines the staff work within. Cricket is my favorite carrier. They have several plans and use the AT&T cell towers so coverage is huge with lots of services. So far, Idaho City, parts of the Missouri Ozarks, and areas of Nebraska are the only dead zones that I have experienced and Cricket said that the Idaho City dead zone should go away soon. I swapped from Verizon years ago and kept my phone number, got much better service, reliability, value, and satisfaction with Cricket. I recommend Cricket to everyone looking for a new cell phone company. I was with Verizon for over 20 years and wished that I had known more about Cricket and swapped way beforehand. I only look back to ask why I had not swapped from Verizon years before? When travelling with my Cricket phone service, I often run Google directions, talk on the phone and stream Internet radio simultaneously that Verizon had trouble doing each individually and Verizon had much more dead zones and drops. These Cricket staff are attentive with the goal of win-win for everyone.”
“This last weekend I dropped my IPhone and shattered my back glass and front screen and bent the side frame. On Monday, I brought in my phone. I was given an estimate on fixing the phone and also an alternative of buying a used phone. I decided to have my front screen repaired. The repair was done in 90 minutes same day. The staff is friendly and helpful. I will definitely be a repeat customer, if needed. Great work!”

“I initially stopped in this store on 5/28/24 and asked how to get a phone number that I wanted or how to have a say in creating a new phone number for a brand-new small business phone. Anicia took the reins in assisting me with the best answer anyone could give. For technical reasons, my question was complex to answer. Anicia showed me the various phone number lists of T-Mobile numbers up for grabs and how they are arranged in the T-Mobile system on one of her dealers' smart-devices. In short, Anicia showed me WHY there were limitations on the options I had and what number lists I could pick from. I went home that evening to think things through.
I came back on June 2 to activate my new iPhone, and Anicia's supervisor helped me, as Anicia was out on her lunch. However, Anicia returned to the store while I was getting my account set up and helped finish the rest of my business account set-up. In short, at this store I was able to choose an Eagle, ID phone number with Idaho's original 208 area code for my business account. To me, this was a satisfactory outcome. There were plenty of aspects about my phone activation that were complex and technical, but the staff at this store worked with me, answered my questions, and did the leg work to activate my new iPhone.”

“Ashley❤️❤️? the manager at the Fairview/ Milwaukee location!! She was AMAZING ? my son had locked his phone with a pattern lock and after it was taken away for awhile, he forgot the unlock. You Have to factory reset if this happens and despite the phone putting up a fight(Motorola) Ashley won and got us back in? Super fun to chat with while we attempted to reset and update. I Absolutely recommend this location and will be back again. THANK YOU ASHLEY, you made my day ?”
“McGwire Allen was a man of his word with our new Dish installation. We got everything we needed cheaper than expected. He was professional and not pushy or arrogant. Very easy to work with. We are very happy with Dish installation. Christian the installer worked to find a loose wire in my home to fix it. Direct tv never did that for me. They charged me extra for wireless routers”
“So I called 611 to remove a tablet line off my account! The representative managed to lower my bill and keep the tablet on the account as well! She listened to me!(big deal to me)well when I went to do the survey I pushed the wrong button and it hung up so it looked like I rated her as a 1. Decided to call back to talk with a supervisor to give the agent kudos! Bad idea he did not listen to me and put me on hold for way too long, then he really didn’t want to hear what I had to say about that agent, cut me off, said good bye and the call was over! So much for trying to do good for someone else! I’ll still go out of my way to make sure kudos is given where it is deserved! But I won’t let them irritate me for doing so!!!”
