“I've had to call the Kuna Post Office twice since moving to Kuna. Both experiences have been incredible! We have a cluster box and packages are delivered in the larger boxes so the delivery person leaves a key in your box to retrieve package. I had problems getting it open and called the Post Office thinking they'd correct it the next day. The fella was out to my house and hand delivered the package within 15 minutes of calling! It was amazing and as soon as I remember his name I'll edit my review! Thank you so much for your top notch customer service!”

“To the other reviewer who said this post office was the only one closed on veterans day. She's wrong. Every single post office across the nation was closed on veterans day. Not sure why she thinks this was the only one. I love this office and everyone who works in it. 😊”
