“I showed up at closing (6pm) and the owners young son was locking the doors. When he saw me, he unlocked and opened the door. They served me and a few minutes later another client walked in since the door was unlocked. It was at least 5 minutes after 6. Not only did the owner not say anything to me about it being closing time, but they said nothing to the young lady who just assumed she would be helped since the door was open. They were helping her also when I walked out. I was mailing one package postage prepaid and buying postage for the 2nd package. Despite it being after closing, she asked if I wanted a tracking receipt for the postage prepaid package as well, unsolicited. This kind of customer service is what I love about small businesses and entrepreneurs. I was delighted by their complete customer service and friendliness. I will be back whenever possible. I definitely recommend them!”

“I had to write a review on this because I feel EVERYONE should know about this. Have you ever been to a UPS store to ship something and first encounter the long line you are about to stand in for 30min just to find out it's going to take longer than you wanted it to or are shipping face and body care products just to be told sorry we can't ship that (crazy right?). Which is due to the alcohol content in it, and is so dismal that you are shaking your head in disbelief. Well, that ended up being a blessing in disguise for me. Because that is when the store associate said but the UPS customer service hub can because they can ship things we can't necessarily. So I go there and not only do the prices seem cheaper, your package gets there MUCH quicker. Sending something from Nampa to Salt Lake takes a day or two, depending on what time of day you drop it off. It is also much quicker to complete your task of sending your packages because there is NEVER any line, and the ladies I've dealt with are extremely nice and helpful. So, never again will I go to a UPS store to send a package. I have gone to this hub about 5 times, and it has always been quick, easy, and cheaper (seems that way to me). They only accept credit or debit cards, NO cash or checks. If you want to send your packages and have it not be a stressful event, I would definitely recommend going here!!!”

“I went in the night before 2 packages were supposed to be delivered, as I was going to be heading out of town early the next morning. I went in expecting to either be able to pick them up the next morning, or just have to wait for them to be delivered. However, after about 5 minutes of waiting I received my 2 packages under a one time circumstance. This is customer service at its finest, and this location is by far one of the best in the valley. However, please don’t read this and be like me, and try to pickup your packages early, it only leaves more burden on the employees. Therefore I am truly great full for the amazing employees at this location, and their understanding, you guys rock!”
