She talked with him, and she even gave him a pen and paper to draw on while I was signing papers. The staff at the Village at Meridian office (I believe a young lady named Erica assisted me) was able to get the ball rolling so I received full restitution from the team at the regional office in Sandpoint, ID. Big banks like Bank of America (who are building Boise offices) DO NOT give you this kind of assistance.”

“Aspen and Mikayla were so kind and helpful! We had an unexpected large payment withdrawn from our account, which over drafted us. Aspen helped me with each question I had, and she didn't get annoyed with my many phone calls!
Mikayla went above and beyond. A manager was needed to remove the overdraft fee and the manager was currently handling another situation. Mikayla gave me information to call another branch. It was closing time, so I was going to call the next day. Twenty minutes later, Mikayla calls me back and said she reached out to the other branch's manager (shout out to Tommy at the Albertsons branch on Cherry Lane and Ten Mile!) who was able to remove the fee. I was running low on time and money, so the fact that Mikayla advocated for me and fixed this issue (even after-hours) was a huge deal for me. I'm so grateful for Mikayla, Aspen, Tommy, and all at US Bank!”
