CapEd Credit Union is located on South Meridian Road in Meridian, just south of I-84. The staff is experienced, friendly, helpful, and efficient, providing excellent customer service. They are known to be nice with a good attitude and a desire to work, often knowing members by name. The process for making a new account is easy and straightforward. This branch assists with everything from mortgage loans and auto loans to business accounts, and many customers are happy using it for their banking needs. The place is clean with a good atmosphere and a good view.
If all people were as friendly, it's knowledgeable as Prompt and good at their job as Sky from the Meridian location that I had the pleasure of dealing with today. Cap ed would have a five star rating across the board. Just wanted to say thank you again for handling all my banking needs... 😁
