“Tremendous Customer Service! I was in Dick’s Sporting Goods on Eagle Rd in Meridian, Idaho today, needing to return shoes I had ordered that were sent in the wrong size. The employee that waited on me not only actively listened to my story about the error with the order but also happily figured out how the mistake happened, AND knew what to do to fix it! He went above and beyond to make things right. He contacted the back of the store and the correct shoes were ready for me by the time I got back there! He made the experience easy and enjoyable! I hope he gets noticed and acknowledged by his manager bc lately at other stores, the customer service has been terrible! “At about 3:30 on August 8th. I went in the Nike outlet. I have to work 2 jobs on my feet, about 75 hours per week in order to take care of the people in my life that are unable to take care of themselves. I have to wear crappy non-slip shoes at my job, they get very dirty and are uncomfortable. Nike's are the most comfortable shoes for me to wear during the small amount of spare time i have. After talking with the sales staff in the try-on area they helped me find the best Nikes for my situation. They were also very polite and personable. It felt like they had a real interest in helping me with this particular aspect of my life as well as a genuine concern for my well-being due to the fact that i spend such long periods of time on my feet. I actually bought 2 pairs because the shoes they helped me select were so comfortable. Best customer service experience I have had in months!”
“Good location and pricing. Found everything I went in for with little to no effort. Only complaints (not a huge issue either) is the CSR's were a little off-putting, not rude or anything but their tones were not great. Seemed like we irked them by being there (only 3 customers in the store).”

“I worked with Zander on getting some composite-toed sneakers and he was awesome, asked some probing questions to better determine what I wanted/desired and we went through a couple options before he ordered me some Strikefast Protect sneakers, even helped me figure out the width of my foot to get some better fitting shoes, had outstanding customer service and was personable and didn’t try to push sales at all. Overall outstanding customer service in the store and a nice, clean sales floor.”
