“Monty and Christian are two of the reasons this bank is so great. 3 years ago I moved my mother here from Indiana kept her account in Indiana had some embezzlement an online banking and they said it was all my fault. Accuse me of stealing from a mother and we're very unpleasant people. 3 months ago I had some discrepancies on my mother's account at DL Evans. They did not blame me even so even though some of it might have been my fault and they made it all good such a difference between Banks thanks the DL Evans Harold Stone”

“Everytime I have business to complete at Banner they have been outstanding. They are very knowledgeable and understand how things are done. I went to another bank to have a wire transfer done and banner took 15-20 minutes verses and hour at the other bank and without calling 5 different people to come and help. I will do 90% of my banking through Banner! Absolutely love the staff!!

“I visited the horizon credit union on overland and Meridian Blvd next to the Lowe's shopping center for the first time . Being my first time I really appreciated the professionalism and how super helpful Hannah and Tammy were. What a great team they helped set up digital payments monthly for my new car loan and changed my monthly due date . It was super painless and because of how awesome they were I will be setting up a business account here and shutting down another account with another bank which hasn't been super helpful . Can't recommend this place more and I wished I could add more stars .”

“I have been banking with Columbia Bank for 25+ years. When I originally started banking with them it was under a different name. My personal experience from my orginal branch in Mcminnville, Oregon to now over last almost 5 years in Nampa or Caldwell, ID has been great too. The people have always been helpful. I have had other accounts with different banks during my time with Columbia Bank to see what's out there but haven't found anything better. One thing I like because I have a few different accounts is that I have until 9pm PST if I need to transfer money between accounts to cover an autopay or check which I found that the other 3 banks had real time posting and if the money wasn't in the account or within a few hours you got an over draft charge In Oregon I owned 2 businesses. Which were successful then 2008 ruined the economy. We had a business loan and when 2008 hit it was rough but Columbia Bank was willing to work with me and I got it paid off because of there compassion of the situation of the economy. They treated us more like family and knowing my word was good like banks use to be with a hand shake and a promise. We were able to weather the storm of the bad economy and keep our doors open until I decided to close in 2017 and move to Idaho.”

When the easy issue got complicated because of an error not on their part, but mine, the two wonderful ladies I have spoke to at the bank are worth more than their wage....Hint hint. Lol. “Terrible customer service never got my problem solved and they keep saying that it isn't their fault that a pending transaction that was supposed to fall off my account didn't and that I now have insufficient funds fees also they did provide a complementary refund for on of the fees right after that before any other transactions occurred (within a day) they added more fees!!!!!!!! THEY NEVER TAKE RESPONSIBILITY!!!! I hope they will make a better attempt to make it right if they do I will be glad to update my review to 5 star!”
