I don't like people so having a lot of people around while I'm trying to shop with my 18yr old minded adhd husband is just too much, but if I go when it's not busy this store is amazing. Always find what I need and then some.”
“Not sure I saved as much ad they would like to say I did on some items and because of how they source the merchandise they don't always have the same things so you might pick something up there one day and if they can't source more of that particular thing then when you go to buy it in the future it won't be there so thats kind of a bummer but overall not a bad place to shop. My advice would be to pick the produce carefully it's been my experience that it isn't always ripe and look at the meat but compared the prices to albertsons or walmart yourself and always check expiration dates on everything consumable.”

“Great place for getting fuel. Super easy access in and out and the prices usually cannot be beat. Also I've never had a batch of bad gas from them. Thank you Fred Meyers fuel station. I'm one happy customer and will continue to come back. Not to mention that one of the most awesome grocery stores in town as well as it's right next door.”

“Nice variety of fruits and vegetables at a very reasonable price. Many Mexican and Central American products. You shop by picking your items and asking for prices out loud. There are no price tags on most vegetables and fruits.”
“This is always a pretty clean and nice store. My favorite cashier is Melissa. Shes always so happy and nice. The parking lot sucks. Its tiny and people drive too fast. Ive almost gotten in accidents more times than i can count, which isnt really albertsons fault.”
“Customer service is always good. Prices are high, so I only shop the sale items.
I especially like the meat counter and their recent expansion of plant based items.”

“I’m putting 1 star not because of the store but the employee that works there. I’ve never seen someone so miserable to be working. You say good morning or thank you, it’s like you’re talking to the wall with no response. Won’t even great you when you walk in, sighs when you need to be checked out. Seems like I’m an inconvenience trying to support a locally owned business but if that’s how the employee acts to patrons, I will take my business elsewhere. I’m pretty sure I’m not the only one that has mentioned her. Amazing what one sour apple can do for a business. I’ll be going elsewhere for my needs.PS-check your product exploration dates, I’ve bought numerous expired products, have called to let them know and never asked for a refund but to have it happen more than once…not cool.Update:4/12/22 met the owner today while she working this location. Super sweet and I feel for her trying to find good help but just help in general. I changed from 1 star to 5 after hearing it’s hard to find help.”
“This little store hidden away is a little gem! Has many Mexican products. Starting from my favorite candy, artesenal plates , jarros, Mexican medicine, herbs and more! It's very clean and warm inside. Tried their tacos and OMG! DELICIOUS ?!! I loved everything about it. Come and indulge in this awesome store. Para toda la raza 100% recomendado!!”
“Authentic Mexican Food restaurant, meat market and grocery store. The super burrito is amazing. 1. It is huge and 2 it is delicious with steak, cilantro, beans, rice, sour creams and the onions. The chili rellenos are also delicious. Fresh made chips and awesome salsa. Friendly people ”

“I got my wedding set at this store it was so neat, they ordered it for me. They look in the book to find out whether they can get it. The price I had was not what was available the store had it cheaper. The lady was so nice to get it for me. I had already pick out my ring that I wanted so I showed her and she got it.”
“With the new owners and how polite they are it encourages me to come back again and again with my family. Yes the prices are a bit higher than a chain store but it’s convenient of running in and grabbing what you need and running out. I recommend giving them a try and you can make your own decision if it is a nice store or not.”
“If I could give this rating to a specific young male employee (might be a manager) who assisted me around 9:15 p.m., because of his assistance I am posting this review without reservation. I won't go into detail to describe the experience, however, I will briefly state that this associate or manager went above and beyond to assist me as a customer. I normally avoid Walmart on 12th avenue for many reasons I will not go into on this review. My experience last evening has impacted view on shopping at this Walmart. “This is a good gas station and convenience store. The gas is a little pricey, if you drive a little further down the highway prices are cheaper. They have an operable and affordable air machine that I needed during my stop. The staff was very friendly when I went to the store, and the bathrooms are very clean. This is a convenient place to stop if you're driving through Boise.”
