“I've been stopping here regularly for gas and drinks, and the experience is usually pretty consistent. The staff are friendly and often recognize familiar faces, which gives the place a neighborhood feel. It's easy to get in and out, and they usually have everything I need for a quick stop. A convenient local gas station that does its job well.”
“Bi-Mart is employee owned and it shows. Always friendly, clean and great prices. Definitely worth the $5 lifetime membership fee. Visit Deer Park Bi- Mary for unique decor , household/hardware items and so much more. I could go on and on about the stuff they carry.”

“Beware, they trick you on their signage saying a lower gas price but in order to get that price you have to get their nitro card and link your bank information to it. So look at the higher price on the sign thats what your paying. Nom Nom will give you the discount with membership without linking your bank account.”
“The employees at the Love’s State Line location are consistently friendly and helpful, even when the store is extremely busy. On several visits, I have asked for an item I could not find. Each time, an employee went out of their way to search the store and even check the cold-storage area to find what I needed.
I work in this area but live near Seattle, and I can say from experience that you do not receive this level of service everywhere. This kind of customer service reflects hardworking employees and a positive culture created by good local management.
I do not personally know anyone employed at this or any other Love’s location, so this review is based entirely on my experiences as a customer. I hope this message reaches Love’s corporate leadership because these employees deserve more than a routine thank-you.
I work for a major railway and was recently promoted to a position where I am responsible for the guidance, protection, and mentorship of the crews working under me. That experience has reminded me that none of us reaches a leadership position without the support of good people. Employees who consistently go above and beyond are the backbone of a successful business.
Please do something meaningful to show this team that their hard work is noticed and appreciated—plan a party, provide a meal, award bonuses, or find another way to recognize them. You never know what someone may be going through, especially during difficult economic times. These employees represent your company exceptionally well, and they deserve to be recognized for it.”

“GOOD GOD Y'ALL. You will not find a more dedicated or caring team of mechanics this side of the Continental divide. Not only did they get me in quick, but they had the foresight to stock radiators for my particular truck, because they see so many go out, and the experience to turn what could easily be an all-day job into just a few hours in the shop. When problems came up, they were very willing to go the extra mile to get me back on the road faster, showing a lot of creativity in solving the problems that I did have, and always in good humor about it, which I'm realizing is a quality a lot of Love's employees share. But individually, I got to call these ones out:
Will, the dedicated and caring boss with who took my problems on as his own, going so far as to offer to drive me to the airport at 5:00 a.m. the next morning if I ended up needing to catch a flight while we waited on parts.
Stinson, the mastermind behind the thermostat rebuild that got me on the road when we were going to be waiting on parts at least 2 days, and kept an undefeatably cheerful attitude even when the shop was slammed and other drivers were acting rude.
Tim, who drove all the way out to Lookout Pass and got me patched up, then literally followed me over the pass TWICE to make sure my truck was in working order before he let me go, and didn't want to take a dime for it--knowledgeable and detail-oriented and exactly the kind of guy you want working on your equipment.
And finally Jason, the rookie who learns fast and did everything he could to get me a new radiator put in and working, despite it meaning him coming in early and working on the project a lot of hours longer than he might have chosen. Good taste in music too.
Shout out to Hawke, who wasn't there that day but still texted me multiple times the next day to make sure I'd gotten everything I needed. I did.
So would I recommend the Love's truck shop in Post Falls idaho? Absolutely, six stars out of five, these guys are awesome, treat them well when you come in and you can bet on getting the same in return.”
“KARYSA was awesome. she went above and beyond to get me some ice in a large cup. And ...A lid ...and helped me find the water jugs. The regular ice machine was unavailable due to store enhancement projects.. for me on this particular day i was not feeling 100% and I truly appreciate her voluntary service. She didnt know i didnt feel well but i felt a little better afterwards. This ice cup is like gold today.😊🙏🏼”

The store is always clean, well-organized, and stocked with everything you might need—from snacks and drinks to everyday essentials. What really makes it stand out is the service. “The night clerk Danielle is so friendly and on the ball! She always greets you with a smile and is fast paced, the store is always clean and in tip top shape when she’s working. This store is in my daily commute so I come in often.”
“Car wash: I drove up and got a complimentary pre-rinse. The washes range from $7-$10. I chose the $10 wash. It was rushed and I still had soap and some dirt on my car after. I feel like the pre-rinse did most of the work. Still, my car looks a lot better than it did before. Would come back but make sure to get the pre-rinse!”
“Don’t take too many of the bad reviews serious they are soft people with bad intentions. It’s a great place and they have a wide selection of what you need. Yea YOU CAN change your vape if it doesn’t work and if your eavesdropping on the person in front of you who cares, other people’s business isn’t your own. Just like any other convenience store buy what you need and leave idk how people can’t figure that out”

“Recently visited the store after it changed management surprisingly shocked the entire store had a make over look’s amazing!!! I originally stopped visiting because of how dirty and out dated the store had become down to expired products on the shelf’s. They now offer a wide variety of different culture foods and some of the most popular beers always stocked. Thank you jones chevron”
