Customer service is beyond terrible. I've been using their online site so that I don't have to deal with the terrible service and now they have shut off access to my account online. Super frustrating and not at all customer focused.

Went in and paid our boat loan off on Monday the 26th. We knew we were close to our payment day and specifically asked if we needed to do anything else. The teller said no I turned off your autopay for you.
