“I've been banking here for years and I'm still amazed at the kindness the folks here show, and the willingness to do what it takes to help their customers out. Yesterday, I was being helped by Jason Covey and Krista Grieser. I had some issues going on and they were persistently kind and helpful throughout the entire process to make sure I was taken care of. I must have been there for an hour. The place was really busy, too. Most people would have shown at least SOME irritation with me. These two? Not a bit! They helped me out with complete kindness and patience.

“Chris Brown did amazing (extension 1503?). Potlatch is making it more difficult for its customers. I can't get a hold of anybody through the phone with ease and the new online system locked me out from being able to see anything or do anything . Potlatch is making it more and more difficult to get a hold of people and I end up having to be disruptive to a random person at any given time to assist . Thank you so much Chris - True customer service.”
“Shout out to all of the wonderful people that deal with me and my doggo regularly at the drive thru, usually squeaking in right before 5:00!! I absolutely hate being that person, but my job consistently catches me and keeps me there right up til the last minute, and I cannot thank everyone there enough for being so kind to us. “I have been with STCU for years and I honestly love them. Three times in the last few years I've had my debit card info compromised in some way, and when I go in, all of the staff are so kind and accommodating. Today I had an unfortunate experience where Walmart charged my account three times due to an issue with their software. Zoie was able to sit down with me, get the info needed for disputes, and answer all the questions she could. I appreciate how dedicated the staff is, and how calm they are. When there is a line, you can see the whole team stepping in to help however they can. I appreciate you guys!”

“I having been banking with First Interstate Bank, formerly INB, for over 20 years. I am extremely satisfied with their great customer service, especially with their assistant manager Sarra, at branch #4324 in Post Falls, ID. I made a mistake with counting out money and gave her more than I anticipated, as two bills were stuck together. Because of her great integrity, she informed me of the extra sum and corrected the mistake. I am very grateful for her honesty and help. All of the staff members at this branch are very helpful, efficient, and trustworthy.”
