Seems like a decent credit union. The operational side of things seems a bit antiquated but otherwise it's alright.

Decent enough location once you are face to face with someone but forget getting anyone on the phone. Annoying computer answering system puts and keeps you on hold. I waited 20 minutes today only to be disconnected suddenly for no reason. Bad service like that will drive customers away.

I'm not sure why people post bad reviews on this location in regards to phone calls/mobile app problems when that's the entire branch itself... This location rocks! That's why I do (pretty much) all my banking in person! Thank you to the awesome staff, never had a bad moment here. :)
