Was disappointed in the service I received from the location on Prairie, but Devan at the Hanley Ave location was happy to help and made it most convenient for me. I really appreciated his attitude and willingness to help. Even for something that seems easy for someone else, was overwhelming for me. He called me like he said he would when my new phone arrived and was generally very knowledgeable and friendly. Next time I need something, this store and Devan will be my first stop over the others.”

“Went to the PostFalls location during hours and found the store closed after waiting around for over an hour I took a ride to the CDA store. Upon arrival in CDA I found Lexi the store manager from PostFalls running the CDA branch. Seems that the higher ups at corporate thought since they were short staffed that Lexi should forget about her PostFalls location and her loyal customers and go straight to CDA and keep those customers happy. I must say if it were not for Lexi I would never have made the switch to Cricket. I am giving a 5 star rating based on her outstanding customer service and her actions alone. As for the corporate idiot who made the decision to send Lexi to CDA and leave her store closed and unmanned you should take a lesson from Lexi on customer service she could teach you how to run a business”

“What a pleasant experience updating my iPhone! I avoided cell phone stores, in the past, because they were full of stressed out techs and complaining customers. I popped into the Rathdrum store and was quickly walked through my options and I had my new phone in less than an hour! Bonus was that I chatted with the manager and throughly enjoyed it. Well done!”
