“The Confluence Motel formerly know as the Hoots Motel, was a very pleasant surprise, very clean, quiet and a great place to stay.The new owners are trying very hard to make it a place you would want to go back to and we will.They were very receptive to our last minute request for rooms, and were able to accommodate us and the price was spot on.This Motel has a gas station/convenience store right on site (owned by the same people). Check in was a breeze at the gas station, and the folks were extremely friendly all the way around.The rooms good size, and everything was clean. The only thing missing in the rooms were a fridge and coffee maker to make it perfect. I am sure that is yet to come from the vibe I got from the owners.This place has more to offer than it appears, you can even rent cabins with great views if you cared to.Again it was a wonderful surprise when we arrived and the owners were very friendly and responded immediately to our request for assistance.We very much enjoyed our stay at the Confluence.”
