“Excellent repair of A/C system and Gas tank however, the vehicle was returned messy, small items were missing from the glove compartment, and a slice of pizza was found above the gas tank Meineke had replaced.

“I was very pleased with my service yesterday. Besides having the oil change I had a few filters that needed to be changed as well. (Not a fan of the deodorant in the cabin filter though) hopefully it will dissipate with time. I was especially impressed with the promptness of my appointment time. That is #1 in importance to me. Nothing worse than making an appointment and waiting...thank you for that. Will be back for more services in the near future!”

“I've used these guys for auto maintenance since roughly 2000. This recent visit was a bit urgent (the battery was failing the terminals had so much corrosion the battery place I tried could not free it from the cables). Krage squeezed me in, cleaned out the corrosion, replaced the battery & had me on my way in about 90 minutes! They charged me less than the first place had quoted for just buying a battery.”

“Live in Chicago and have been to a few shops for different needs, but Joey and his team truly go above and beyond. Text him about a problem unrelated to the work he did, responding late on a Thursday with my track day the next day helping me figure it out. Told his techs to find me in the morning at the track to make sure I was good. Awesome guy, amazing shop doing some crazy builds. Wouldn’t hesitate to use or reccomend for an oil change or figuring out how to prep a race car. Simply put, Joey cares a lot about his customers, and knows his stuff inside and out. “I took my 2007 Chevy Suburban here due to low oil pressure problems I had, I was constantly losing oil due to a rear main seal leak, I also had a rough idle, and my car would shake when not in motion due to lifters, springs, and other engine parts being old, corroded, and damaged. Juan went above and beyond, took the entire engine apart to repair everything. It's been over 2 weeks since the repairs, I've driven over 1500 miles and my truck is feeling newer than ever, its running super smooth, and not a drop of oil in sight. Thanks Juan!”
