“I went into this location to do an account type change with my two daughters because I was getting charged a fee. Being a mom of 2 littles, I was hoping this would not take too long. We sat down with Joseph and he knew exactly which account I wanted to switch to. It was done in seconds. He was so nice, friendly & welcoming. “This location is a decent bank to stop at. The staff always come across as friendly. It seems to attract more demand than it appears to have the staff to keep up with at times, but I notice longer wait times at more banks over this past year. It is a little frustrating that the hours on their own website don't match the hours that were posted on their door, for example, this pic was taken more than a month ago and I just checked again and hours are different, so hopefully they update so others don't make the drive to learn they closed "earlier" than used to.”
